Access for every eligible voter
On any given day in the United States, 546,000 people are incarcerated in local jails. 426,000 of them are being held pretrial. Most are eligible to vote.
Vote By Mail In Jail is a nonpartisan program that helps incarcerated voters exercise their rights. Together with our community and government partners, we help facilities promote voting, and help voters overcome bureaucratic barriers.
